Cast N Blast
It’s every sportsman’s dream – to load up the dog kennels and drift boat, fly rods and shot guns, and enjoy a day filled with flushing birds and rising trout. We’ve tried to figure out a feasible Cast and Blast option for years now, but we just couldn’t make it a quality experience. The terrain for hunting Chukar on any of the nearby public land is simply too big and steep, making it difficult to effectively hike and hunt and still have enough daylight to fish. Our bird preserve provides the perfect setting for this one of a kind outdoor experience.
After a 2-3 hour morning hunt and a healthy lunch, we’ll grab the fly rods and jump in a drift boat for an afternoon guided drift in the famous Yakima Canyon, which boasts the highest fish counts on the entire river. The put in is located within 5 minutes of the hunting area ensuring virtually no down time during your day.
We only offer a guided option for this trip. You are welcome to run your own dog(s). This package is available from August 1 through March. |
